I highly recommend this roofing team in Alhambra for any roof repair or roof replacement needs. After a strong storm, we thought our roof had damage, so we agreed to let a roofer inspect it and help with the insurance process. At first, the insurance inspection only noted minor shingle damage, but then we connected with another roofing contractor that was much more helpful and thorough. We had seen their roofing crews working on nearby homes, so we contacted them for a second opinion. Their representative, Clinton, came out, performed a careful roof inspection, and explained that a reinspection should be requested. From there, they worked directly with the insurance company and helped get full coverage approved for a complete roof replacement on both our house and detached structure. Before moving forward, we looked into their background and found they were an experienced certified roofing contractor with a strong reputation in the area. We were very pleased with the workmanship, communication, and the way Clinton handled the project. Once the job began, the roofing crew finished the tear-off and installation of both roofs quickly and efficiently. They used tarps to protect the yard, deck, and landscaping, and they did a very solid cleanup after the work was done. When the project was completed, they also gave us the manufacturer roof warranty paperwork, which gave us extra peace of mind. Overall, the whole process was smooth, professional, and stress-free, and we are very happy with the new roof.

it took me a long time to find a roofer i felt comfortable hiring. After speaking with benjamin, it was clear this was the right team for my roof replacement. The main things i want from a roofing contractor are clear communication, solid workmanship, and the job finished on schedule. I got all three, plus several other good qualities. Communication before the roofing project was excellent, and the updates during the tear-off and installation were just as good. The onsite foreman was very helpful and took time to answer every question and concern i had. Since I have been in this house for several years, it was interesting to see the old shingles removed and to better understand the condition of different parts of the roof deck and structure. That gave me peace of mind and helped clear up a lot of concerns I had about the roofing system. When the work was finished, the foreman invited me to walk around and take another look at everything. Even though I asked a lot of questions throughout the job, I never felt rushed. The whole experience was one of the best I have had with any contractor. benjamin also referred a reliable gutter installer, and that part of the project went smoothly too. If you need roof repairs or a full new roof install, this is a great choice for quality work done on time at a fair price.

Gold Tech Roofing & Exteriors sent a large roofing crew out early in the morning, and they got right to work tearing off the old shingles and installing the new roof system. By the end of the first day, most of the shingle replacement was already done, which really showed how organized and efficient the team was. They returned the next day, wrapped up the remaining roofing work by mid afternoon, and made sure the installation looked clean and solid. Clinton was the crew lead, Jacob handled the project communication, and Zachary took care of quality control. Each one checked the completed roof carefully, which gave me a lot of confidence in the workmanship. They also followed up after the main job to address cleanup details and help with a few gutter concerns, which I appreciated. Jacob stayed very responsive through texts and emails, answered questions quickly, and kept the whole roofing project moving smoothly. The whole experience felt professional from start to finish, and I would absolutely recommend them for roof replacement, shingle work, and related exterior repairs.

i had a challenging flat roof on a mid-century modern home with a raised section that had a hip roof, and i wanted that area replaced with metal roofing. i spoke with several roofers and was most impressed with the team i chose. benjamin was very knowledgeable, understood my concerns about flat roof work, drainage, and the best way to handle the metal roof transition. their roofing certifications and experience gave me a lot of confidence. their price was competitive, so i moved forward with the project. the crew arrived on time, worked in a professional way, and protected the property with drop cloths during the tear-off. they kept the job site clean throughout the installation and paid close attention to detail. the new roof looks great, and the workmanship on both the flat roofing system and the metal section was done with real care. i would definitely recommend them to anyone needing roof replacement or flat roof roofing work.

Our home has wood trim and siding, and it was the right time to update the exterior and replace the roof shingles at the same time. A few sections of trim and siding needed repair, so we looked into several local roofing contractors in Alhambra and chose the one that felt like the best fit. We worked with Benjamin and were very impressed by his roofing knowledge, professionalism, and clear communication. He explained the options in simple terms, went over the pros and cons of different roofing and exterior repair choices, and never made us feel pressured. The whole project was well organized from start to finish. One crew removed the old shingles and installed the new roof, while another crew handled the exterior cleaning, replaced damaged trim and siding, and carefully sealed and caulked the areas where water could get in and cause problems. Their workmanship was excellent, and the attention to detail really stood out. Everything was completed neatly, and the cleanup after the job was thorough. Everyone we spoke with, from Benjamin to Jacob in the office and the rest of the crew, was respectful, friendly, and easy to work with. They made the entire roofing and exterior repair process smooth and stress free. My wife and I highly recommend this roofing company for shingle replacement, wood repair, and overall exterior home improvement work in Alhambra.
