We love working with Nicoletta and her team the past 7 years! They are responsive, professional, communicative, and ensure both tenants and property owners are happy! Highly recommend Maximum for all your property management needs!!

I am currently a tenant with Maximum realty. I moved into my unit in Alhambra in July 2025. The staff have been very pleasant, professional and responsive thus far. Any/all maintenance requests have been handled quickly with very open communication and they have been checking-back in with me to make sure the tasks have been completed to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Maximum Realty & Property Management.

I am very lucky to have had the awesome people at Maximum Realty as my rental company. I have been with them for three years. They are efficient and understanding. Thanks Lucia you rock girl!! Five stars plus.

We have been working with Maximum Realty and Property Management for over 4 years now. I have to say everyone at the office is so amazing and such a pleasure to work with. They are always super pumped on payment phone calls emails and any questions or concerns that we ever have. They are always working with the best and provide the best service. Highly recommend them.

Impeccable service! I had the pleasure of working with Nicoletta, Erica and Lucia to help me turn over my property and locate new tenants for my rental property. They were absolutely great and gave me so much peace of mind that everything was being handled in the best way possible for future rentals and to obtain the type of tenants that I desired. The vendors that they used were great as well! I was thoroughly impressed every step of the way and am a very satisfied customer!
