This is for the residential condos in the plaza. I leased a unit here thinking there would be better insulation or build quality due to it being a 5-over-1 but quickly learned how wrong I was—only the ground-level commercial stores/parking garage have concrete; everything above is pure wood per usual. You can hear footsteps, creaks/cracks, and cabinets/doors closing, in addition to running, thuds, dragging noises, and weird vibrational sounds; this extends from your unit into the hallways and elevator lobbies. The front doors of units are also paper-thin and you can hear everything as you walk by. A resident who has lived here since its 2015 opening told me the developers have been sued before by residents for the terrible build quality of the condos. The in-unit A/C system here is also extremely loud, like an airplane on a tarmac. The elevators here also do not have a safety sensor built in, meaning if you walk in/walk out as the door is closing, the door will not automatically re-open—it will crush you in whatever tight space it has opened to—that definitely is a safety violation. In the summer, the pipes here will gurgle a lot and your bathroom (at least mine) will sometimes reek of sewage for hours. Most residents here are quiet and keep to themselves, although I did experience one resident here who would get drunk and rage-yell on his phone for hours. Any complex/resident complaints are difficult to resolve via your landlord due to the HOA and board committee here. I personally also found the complex to have a very old, stuck-in-time vibe to it, despite it only being 11 years old.
The complex has 2 large library rooms and a gym, although all very antiquated. There is rotating security in the front lobby, which is good, although they only work 6 hours a day. Delivery of packages sometimes has issues with accessing the building.
The only upside to this complex is absolutely its location, as you are prime and center to restaurants and a Costco, Target, Sprouts, and more. It also is one of the few luxury complexes in the area, sadly.
I would avoid Pacific Plaza though unless you’re able to get a top-floor unit and don’t mind a complex that is a little outdated.

Good place for a quick pastry and coffee or tea. This a popular place with neighborhood locals, but can be busy at times.
The variety of sweets is sure to please anyone's taste.

Parking was really easy, 2 hour limit for the store.

The convenience and location of this complex/building are great. However, the property management leaves much to be desired. The call box has malfunctioned sooo many times and has not been promptly repaired, often breaking again shortly after being fixed. Additionally, the security guard is frequently absent when needed, which is frustrating for residents, especially those who receive frequent deliveries. There is also a recurring issue of water leaks in the residential parking lot, leading to unpleasant odors.

A small Plaza that has a couple of businesses on the property. It has the Fortune Market, a small Asian grocery store. It has 85 Degree Bakery which is always busy. It has a higher end gated apartments. Parking inside the building is very limited. To go to the Bakery for a quick purchase, people (at least me) normally park at the side of the bulding where the green marking 24 minute is at.
