Really nice office campus with beautiful landscaping and plenty of green space. The property is clean, well maintained, and easy to get around. Parking was straightforward, and the overall atmosphere is quiet and professional. Parking is a bit of a hike from the auditorium. Building is old. Auditorium seats are worn.

This is a campus of office buildings. Across from Femont st, there are stores like Starbuck, subway, etc. La Fitness is there as well. LA County building department is across from LA Fitness sid . Ine block away are other stores, including Target, Suplantation, Joan, etc.
