Oh gosh this is hard because the technician that came was an absolute sweetheart of a guy, but completely unable to solve my stove installation job. I purchased a new stove to replace our old one and purchased two cords for the electrician to install, depending on which cord he thought was more appropriate, the three prong or the four prong. He was uncertain which cord he should choose, which did not instill confidence in me. Despite knowing I wanted a plug put in for the stove and a cord put on. He did not come prepared with an outlet. In order to move things along, I said let's just hardwire it like the old one so I could get the job done in a timely manner. Once he did that, we were unable to push the stove back into its slot because the conduit holding the wire wasn't flexible enough to bend. So now my stove sticks out a foot into the room. He couldn't come up with a solution so I told him to just leave it and wrap it up. I paid $300 for this! I just don't think he was experienced enough to handle this job and I don't think he's been an electrician very long. Additionally, the invoice was not from High Voltage Electric, but from Electricians Servuce Team. Are they farming out their work? Now what am I supposed to do? Pay somebody else to come and fix this? They also charge $60 to do the estimate.

This company is very dependable when it comes to electrical repair services. I called them to fix my fuse with no power, and they handled it reliably. The electrician was very insightful and knowledgeable about the service. He was considerate and not pushy throughout the process. I am very grateful to have found them. Thank you!

The performance of the team was very great in the consulting phase with a lot of professionalism and corer executions. It as important for the developer to understand your vision and make useful recommendations. They affixed a detailed estimate to their bid, which I thought is rather comprehensive. Installation day itself was okay; the crew reached at the agreed time and went about their business with precision. They were diligent in performance of their duties they made sure that every single fitting was centrally positioned and wired correctly. I was impressed by their work and here professionalism, and also the fact that they ensured they cleaned my house as they went. The new lights are just fabulous and have added the right feel to my location and have made it look quite warm. They also do a good selection of fixtures and in terms of quality they are on the high end of my expectations. I would like to recommend High Voltage Electrical for any lighting jobs!! They are in fact professional personnel with much concern on the right doing, coupled with much concentration on the customer. I will surely seek them for anything electrical in the future!

The fast accommodation of my request made me so happy. One of their skilled electricians came on time and did a perfect job handling my recessed lights installation. It was completely installed within an hour. The result was really good for it was working well again. The entire service charge also was very affordable. I will call High Voltage Electrical again for electrical service needs.

I can't say enough positive things about this company. This is the second time I've had High Voltage Electrical come to my property for electrical repairs. I couldn't be pleased with how the electricians attended to my dimming lights. Courteous, punctual, and careful professionals. I undoubtedly recommend them for any electrical work you may need doing in your home, and I will definitely contact them again. Very swift service and everything was well cleaned afterwards.
