One of the fire sprinkler heads in our home started leaking, forcing us to shut off the main water line to the house and leaving us without water. After receiving several high quotes from one popular business searching platform which seemed to take advantage of the emergency, I then tried another platform to get additional quotes. Ryan at Phoenix Fire Solutions provided a very reasonable estimate. He arrived within the scheduled appointment window and was knowledgeable, patient, and professional. He explained the cause of the leak in detail, clearly described what needed to be done, and took great care while completing the repair. Afterward, he cleaned the area thoroughly and left no mess behind. He also offered helpful suggestions for the future. Most importantly, Ryan was honest and did not try to upsell unnecessary services. We are very happy to have found Ryan and would wholeheartedly recommend Phoenix Fire Solutions to anyone who needs fire sprinkler services.
