Working with Design Identity Group has been a great experience and love the designs that have been created on multiple projects that we have done and are working on currently.

Design Identity Group brings a wealth of multifamily operating experience, delivering unique and inspired designs that achieve return on investment goals, always with a focus on customer impact and experience. We couldn’t be happier with the vision and product they have created and installed for us across California! Highly recommend!

Design Identity Group proved to be an impressive partner during our collaboration on a significant commercial renovation. Their meticulous attention to detail, commitment to quality control, and overall availability were commendable. We eagerly anticipate the opportunity to work with them again in the future.

Design Identity has worked on multiple large apartment renovation projects for me and my companies. Caroline and her team are detail-orientated with the big picture always top-of-mind. They can work within any budget, maximizing every dollar in a cost-effective manner. Design Identity is skilled in reviewing/creating construction documents, working directly with a city/county and general contractors. Because of these skills it takes much of the oversight burden off the property/investment management team. I would highly recommend Caroline and the entire Design Identity team.
