Bought replacement washer valves at a local plumbing shop because I couldn't get the compression rings off because the thread was too fine on the nut for my remover tool. Had to call for help from a plumber to remove them and install the new ones. The tech that came out was pretty knowledgeable and got the job done pretty quickly. The only thing is that it felt a bit overpriced, even with coupons. But with it being an urgent need (water was shutoff and couldn't turn it back on until it was fixed since the old valve was off at this point and leaked even if I replaced it with the old one) I agreed to get it done ASAP. Gotta get smarter with these types of jobs to avoid a costly bill, but that's on me. The tech did what he needed to do and got it working with no leaks so I'm overall happy with the job.

Always wondered about the services provided by Roto-Rooter and today 7/29/26, I found out! Exceptional customer service. Jeff and Jake explained everything so I could easily understand. Felt very comfortable with them in my home. They are prime examples of what good Customer service is all about! Thank you Jeff for your kindness, expertise and smile! 🫶🏼

Jeff and Jake were phenomenal. A bit pricey but that's what it is as a homeowner. High quality service and expertise by these 2 gentleman! They came, they saw, and they conquered. They easily identified the issue, recommended the solution, and executed the work in a smooth and clean manner. Hassle free and now I will be worry free - thank you!

Jeff Patton came today for a plumbing repair we needed at our condo, he did such a great job with everything, from the beginning very respectful and understanding with our issues we were having, definitely if he’s available he’s the guy to call to help you with your plumbing repairs. For the price it was great what he did very humble and quick but great service.

It was a terrible experience, and we truly wish we had gone with the other company that also gave us a quote. From the beginning, the process has been nothing but stressful. Communication has been extremely poor, and we are still struggling to get the paperwork that was promised to us in a timely manner. My husband and I have been left feeling stressed, frustrated, and hopeless as we continue trying to get in touch with them. We expected much better customer service and follow-through, but unfortunately, that has not been our experience. We would not recommend this company based on how we have been treated.
