Very clean and everyone is very friendly. Lots of food places to try and a Trader Joe for specialized organic hopping though there's a 99 Ranch for more of the Asian taste.

Trader Joe's anchor makes this the most-visited center in Aliso Viejo and for good reason. Philz Coffee next door is the pre-hike ritual for half the city. 99 Ranch adds genuine variety. Rock climbing gym inside for when you need something different. Parking is easy, layout is clean.

Nice, well kept shopping center with a Trader Joe’s, Philz Coffee and a Tesla service center. Plenty of parking and seating.

This has turned into a central community retail center for Aliso Viejo. In addition to Trader Joe's and 99 Ranch, there are some nice restaurants and "activity" places (i.e., bowling alley/arcade, rock/wall climbing facility) in this center. I always enjoy visiting the Commons.

Except for the closing of Lowe's and the uncertainty that brings, this center has always been centred by a great Trader Joe's. It also has a big Michael's and a Walgreen's and I'll still give it high marks because the Walgreen's staff is so nice even though the entrance to the Walgreen's is on the back of the building. Some architect should get the one star rating for that one.
