Capable Cleaners did an excellent job cleaning out a house that was going up for sale. They did a deep clean and the house no longer had an odor after they were done. Their customer service was top-notch. They followed through on their service promise and the cleaners were all very nice. I highly recommend them and will be a repeat customer.

We experienced indoor construction from water damage and Capable Cleaners did a fantastic post construction clean prior to us moving back in after 8 weeks of construction dust and debris. **WARNING: TOTAL SCAM - FRAUD - BAIT AND SWITCH!** I contacted this company for a move-in clean on a condo that's been sitting empty for 2-3 years. I made it crystal clear I needed a DEEP clean. They pushed their move-in/move-out service, swearing it was even more thorough. I mentioned I have a pet, but minimal dog hair since we hadn't been living there. I was preparing the place for a new tenant and paid for TWO cleaners to do a deep/move-in clean job. Two cleaners showed up at 3 PM. Right off the bat, the female cleaner seemed shocked when she realized I was not leaving. Then the games began. The male cleaner vanished at 3:07 PM and didn't come back until 3:45 PM. An hour and 5 minutes later, he disappears AGAIN at 4:50 PM and didn't return until 7 PM. By 7:59 PM, they were already packed up and out the door. Let me break down the disaster that was this "cleaning": **THE KITCHEN LIES:** The female cleaner had the nerve to tell me the kitchen was finished. I asked if she cleaned the top of the refrigerator—she flat-out said NO. Only after I called her out did she bother to do it. Then I asked about behind the appliances. She LIED and said yes. I moved them myself and found crumbs and dust everywhere. The backsplash? Untouched. But sure, the kitchen was "done." **THE INSPECTION NIGHTMARE:** - Baseboards still had dog hair (I have video proof) - Hair floating in the "cleaned" bathtub - pieces of paper towel left stuck underneath toilet seat - Medicine cabinet never even opened—just wiped the mirror - Cabinets under the bathroom sink completely ignored - Floors clearly not mopped—debris, dog hair, and a DEAD SPIDER in the closet - Pictures on the walls not dusted - Light fixtures in kitchen and bathroom left filthy - Fireplace and built-in shelf not touched saturated with dust and dog hair - inside oven not completely cleaned - shelves inside refrigerator not cleaned I have photos and video documenting EVERYTHING they didn't do. **THE BOTTOM LINE:** I shelled out $400 for five hours of absolute garbage work. They promised two cleaners but essentially ran a one-person operation while the other one played disappearing act. This is textbook FRAUD—breach of contract, breach of good faith, complete theft. They claimed they'd fix anything I found during inspection. Instead, when I pointed out their failures, the male cleaner insisted it had been cleaned even though we are both looking at dust and dog hair, called his supervisor and walked out without fixing and saying a single word to me. So now we know why she was surprised when she learned I wasn’t leaving, because it was only going to be one person doing the cleaning not two but if I wasn’t here, I wouldn’t have known that but what really busted them were the cameras. When I did notice he was not here I did ask and she said “he was at home with the children” even though I paid for two cleaners! These people are CON ARTISTS and LIARS. They'll stand there, look you dead in the eye, and swear they cleaned something while you're staring at dust and dog hair proving they never touched it. Absolutely DO NOT use this company. And trust me—they will NOT be getting my $400. I guarantee it.
