I have had a couple of issues with my house sprinkler systems over the last couple years, Symons has been there to help me with both. First time I had a catastrophic failure on a pipe, extensive water damage and it was a complete nightmare for the home and family, they came within hours to at least help me fix the pipe so I could get the water back on to the house. They also showed me where the pipe cracked and why it may have failed, plasticizers in romex cable left in contact with sprinkler tubing (thanks original installer smh). This knowledge and education helped me check the rest of my attic to make sure all the rest of my lines were not going to experience the same failure somewhere else!! This second time, was a minor drip leak but still annoying and had to be fixed sooner than later. Abraham was the tech that showed up to fix both issues, does solid work, is considerate about cleaning up the work area, he makes you feel validated and communicates well. Their service is fast, their techs are punctual and friendly, and both times have resolved my issue with the first visit.

I wouldn't use anyone else for my fire protection needs.
