Waste of time—look elsewhere. I scheduled a phone consultation and was asked (by both email and a call) to send over documents ahead of time so they could be prepared. I did that, but when the appointment time came, no one called. I had to follow up myself, only to be asked to reschedule. Not a great first impression—especially for a service charging $500/hour and requesting a $5,000 upfront retainer.
