JCOR is amazing. They sent Jose And Niko out to my house to figure out where my leak was coming from. They were super friendly explained everything they were doing. Showed me how the pressure worked and worked nonstop in this tremendous heat. They did everything they could to diagnose my leak. And figured out where it was coming from after an awesome idea to cap the outside irrigation valve (it wouldn’t close manually).. Additionally, I have two little dogs who love attention and they showed them some love. I highly recommend this company and Jose and Niko. These guys are hard workers and really care.

Erin was courteous, considerate, and very professional. She clearly explained all of the work she was going to perform and provided an accurate quote before starting. She completed the work in a reasonable period of time and left a clean work area before she left. I would definitely call Erin and JCOR for all of my future plumbing needs. Great experience!!

The contractor called and gave a reasonable ETA as to when their repair person would arrive. Erin arrived promptly and gave a detail overview of what she was going to do. It was nice of her to answer questions we had, as well as working with multiple parties. Although the work was not done to completion, she cleaned up her work and did a temporary patch over the hole to tidy things up. I appreciated the fact that when she was cutting through the drywall, she vacuumed up the dust as she went, minimizing the dust in the air. From my end, JCOR was professional with their appointment setting, work, and evaluation of the problem, without pushing for more work.

JCOR Team did a fantastic job installing a water softener and filter systems in my house. They arrived promptly and worked efficiently thru the day to ensure the job got completed. Throughout the process, they also kept me updated with status check-ins and helped answer my various questions and requests. Professional, efficient, and reliable I recommend JCOR team for your home improvement, fix, or installation needs!

I had a great experience with Erin from JCOR. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and efficient throughout the entire visit. As a plumber, Erin clearly knows her trade—she quickly identified the issue, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and handled the repair with confidence and precision. What really stood out was her attention to detail and the pride she takes in her work. She made sure everything was working properly before leaving and kept the work area clean and organized. It’s not every day you come across a technician who is both highly skilled and genuinely cares about doing the job right. I highly recommend Erin and the JCOR team to anyone needing reliable plumbing service. Great work and excellent customer service! 👍🔧
