The sign is so broken so fast; we were told that it is due to wind but we are the only hotel that the sign is broken and became like this in the area

Diane Martinez requested a job from our company on 6/9 for a sign that was not illuminating and requested immediate service. We scheduled someone for 6/10 to inspect and repair sign got a signature from a manger on site my crew also showed manager sign was working properly before leaving site. Later that day (6/10) we sent Diane pictures of completed job and sign off sheet now she refuses to pay!!! When we talked to her over the phone she gave attitude and was completely rude and lied about the whole conversation we had through email regarding this job. Be careful when making business with this Company/Diane Martinez Horrible business

I recently wanted to renew my old fluorescent business sign. Coast Sign came up with an LED lighting solution. They installed on time and professionally. couldn't be happier with the results.

If you are another business looking to do vendor work for this company I highly suggest turning them away. EXTREMELY unprofessional! My company has worked for them before on local jobs. Never seemed to fail that when we completed a job it took almost 5 months to get our payment EACH time when THEY request to be Net 30. I cant tell you how many times we had to call and harass them and threat to take legal action before finally getting our payment. Needless to say after it almost taking 6 months after our last job to get payment we decided to longer take their business. If you search them on glassdoor their OWN employees speak the same concerns.
