Impossible to get a showing actually booked and they make you provide a credit card before scheduling a showing all just to send you a cancellation. Bogus company.

I did lots of research (e.g., price, services, etc.) before I decided to go with APG for managing our rental property. It has been over 10 years, and we have been very satisfied with their service. They consistently demonstrate professionalism and maintain timely communication with both tenants and property owners. APG also keeps us informed with updated state policies and they offer helpful advice. Thanks to their support, we've had peace of mind managing our rentals and we have referred them to our friends who also are happy with their service!

We enjoyed our experience renting a unit through APG properties. They were easy to contact if we had questions. The online portal was so convenient to pay rent and to submit repair requests. Let me say again being able to pay online makes your life so much easier and that isn’t something we had been offered before. So that was very nice. Staff was always friendly. We were a tenant with them for over 2 years and I would recommend them and their properties.
