My family and I have been coming to see Bill specifically for many years now, I think perhaps 10 years. Raquel joined the firm a few years back and is just as knowledgeable! The entire Elite Tax team is very accommodating, approachable, warm, and friendly. Every year that we go see them for tax season, it feels like a nice family reunion. We catch up on different family members and what they've been up to, vacations that we took, all updates and it feels so very genuine. They are also very accommodating towards your own needs. For example, the team prepare's a "Tax Organizer" for you to utilize to ensure you don't forget anything prior to coming in for an appointment. I personally don't have much time to go in person so everything is sent electronically and the team responds super quickly, even when it's chaotic during tax season! They are available over the phone and of course in person as well as mailing documents to your house I love that I am able to call up Bill and/or Raquel throughout the year for other finance related questions too. They are always available to walk me through questions about my payroll tax deductions, if I have a Roth IRA question, what to do if I'm changing jobs, all sorts of things! And of course they are always warm and friendly, willing to help. I have referred 2 uncles, my boyfriend, and 2 work friends over to them and all have continued to use Elite Tax Accounting for years now. Try them out, they give a free 30 minute consultation too, I highly recommend them!

Unprofessional. Respect people's time. Sat there waiting for nearly 20 minutes for my scheduled appointment. I thought 1 PM actually means 1PM. No it's more like 1:30-1:45 whenever bill feels like seeing you, sort of deal.. This was beyond frustrating. Walked straight out of there.
