Isaac has been an amazing Manager Property. Ever since he took over after Alondra he's been very helpful and consistent in making sure his tenants are good. I always see him smiling and talking to tenants and not hiding from them and always making sure everyone is doing okay. He does take the time to get to know his tenants and help them with what he can. One suggestion would be that Lotus property invest more in their buildings there's a lot of upgrades that can be done to bring the building up to par.

My wife and I moved to LA from NY and were very nervous about finding an apartment remotely. Ruben was so helpful accommodating to our moving schedule, navigate the move-in process and giving us a lay of the land. Virtually touring the property and applying remotely was a breeze. It really took so much stress out of the whole cross-country move, and on top of that, we love the apartment. Since moving in, he's been extraordinary property manager, helpful, friendly and communicative. You really can't ask for more!
