I manage a Lagree fitness center, so keeping our space clean and safe is a top priority, and Property Care Building Service did an amazing job. They came in and fully sanitized and disinfected the entire building. Thanks to them I can confidently walk around the building. I would absolutely recommend them to any business looking for reliable cleaning services.

Property care building services lives up to its brand!!! it was an amazing experience, Stanley Steamer coordinated the appointment date and time exceptionally. Their customer service and representative communicated via a phone call and text on the estimated time of arrival of the crew. The crew was professional, courteous and answered every question we had to the best of their knowledge. They provided high quality care and treatment for our wood floor and carpet. My wife was impressed and extremely happy. I especially want to thank, Victoria, who came to inspect the floors prior to setting up the work schedule. They made everything so easy and flow so smooth. I recommend property care building services to anyone who has a complicated job. Thank you very much for an stress-free project.

As the manager of a banquet hall, I was asked to find a cleaning company by the owner. I came across several companies. No company gave me the reassurance like Victoria and Johnathan. They were very nice from the beginning to the end. Im so glad Victoria was able to create a bundle for me. The bundle incudes getting the floors waxed and carpets deep cleaned.I couldn’t be happier with the results. The floors now have a beautiful shine, and the carpets look refreshed and spotless. Truly a noticeable difference.

I am owner of a small fitness center here in Santa Monica, and Everado and Victoria from Property Care Cleaning Services truly exceeded my expectations. They recently had their team clean and wax our floors, and the transformation was remarkable. The entire space feels refreshed, polished, and elevated, creating a noticeably better atmosphere for our members. The price for their cleaning services was absolutely worth it. The quality and attention to detail we received more than justified every dollar. Everado, Victoria, and their team delivered exceptional results, and I’m genuinely thrilled with how the facility looks and feels. Thank you guys, truly.

I recently had my entire office building deep cleaned, including all the carpets, and the results were beyond impressive. The team approached every part of the job with real care and attention to detail. They didn’t rush through anything! They took their time to make sure every room, corner, and surface looked brand-new. What truly stood out was their ability to remove a stubborn carpet stain that multiple cleaning companies had failed to get out. Seeing that stain finally disappear made it clear that these professionals know exactly what they’re doing. On top of the quality of their work, their professionalism was exceptional. They communicated clearly, arrived on time, and respected the workspace throughout the entire process. My office feels brighter, cleaner, and so much more welcoming thanks to their hard work. I’m genuinely impressed! THANK YOU VICTORIA🙏
