Aric Jordan was very professional and courteous. He did a fantastic job with my very old AC system. He did a thorough inspection and gave excellent recommendations of how to keep my old AC system running properly and efficiently. Aric also removed a dead rat that was caught on a trap in the attic of my condo where the HVAC system is. He did a very detailed job, taking measurements of how cold the air came out through the vent and comparing it to the room and also did a post blower clean measurement of the temperature. photos of before and after cleaning out old pips of debris and rat dung, and installing a water valve to prevent any major leaks. My AC system works better overall and I have a peace of mind knowing my HVAC system can work for more years to come. they will inspect it every six months as well with the monthly membership of $20. Overall great work and fantastic customer service. Thank you!

Service was on time and professional. Not happy they used a stop leak instead of repairing the problem correctly but that was the fault of my Home Warranty Co . If it leaks again or damages the TXV valve I will expect a free service call and repair.
