I’ve been using NexGen for my home HVAC and plumbing needs since 2023. They have been consistently reliable and trustworthy, which is difficult to find in my area. Regarding cost, I’ve been able to cross compare and have found their estimates to be in the range of others, maybe slightly higher, but I haven’t gotten a last minute surprise on cost from NexGen. Regarding service, my service rep is able to explain the issue, the fix, and any possible other issues…very clear. They have always arrived within their quoted service window, and they are usually prompt to schedule a service visit. Great experience, consistently, and this latest service visit in July 2026 is no exception.

Daniel was awesome! He texted me ahead of time to let me know he was on his way, which I really appreciated. Super professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions. He was easy to talk to, very personable, and gave great recommendations without any pressure. What really stood out was how thorough he was, didn’t rush and made sure everything was done right. Because of the great experience, we ended up signing up for the annual program. It’s always nice to see a young person take such pride in their work. Highly recommend!

Alfred came out and diagnosed the issue I was having with my HVAC system, luckily it was simple. But I also shared some concerns with my current system and he provided me honest quotes. In the past I have had companies try and take me to the bank. Not this time. I got great service, good quotes that were documented with pictures. I also worked with Heidi in the office. Best customer service from the 2 of them. Looking forward to working with them in the future.
