I have home insurance through this agency for years. This year my purse got stolen from my car, when I called, their office lady tried very hard to convince me not to file a claim. She told me "I would have a record for three years"; "After deductible I would not get anyting"....and many other misleading information later Safeco agent told me that was not true. I filed a claim with Safeco and got paid a very reasonable amount within a week. Safeco is a very good insurance company but it is not a good idea to go through Topco in Arcadia. Very unprofessional personnel.
