Very happy customer. Had work done by High Speed in Pomona. Found that our water heater was leaking while we were doing a garage clean out. Chris came out and gave us an estimate. Explained everything and answered my questions in detail. Did the water heater replacement same day and took about 4 hours. Technician Justin was professional and courteous. What can I say I’m a satisfied customer and I will use them again if the need comes up! They’re reasonably priced and glad I went with them and not the other companies. You won’t regret using them. They offer financing too!

Totally High Speed Plumbing. Needed a washing machine outlet installed, old house the current connectors/pipes weren’t up to code. Called for a quote Monday afternoon they had a tech over the same day, Marco, around 5pm to look at our situation. No charge on the assessment, gave two options on how to proceed, gave quotes on costs. OK’d one of the options, set at appointment the next day, Tuesday. They were back at 10am to retrofit/install the washing machine outlet. Marco and John did the install. Total professional, communicating throughout the process. Old house so there was a little bit more work. A couple hours later job was finished, cleaned up after. Paid exactly what was quoted. Will definitely recommend them and call them for future plumbing needs.

I contacted the company due to our showers and toilets being clogged and within 10 minutes or so I received a call from a rep that helped me and dispatched a tech within the hour. Ultimately, staff was very professional, clean, knowledgeable and very helpful in helping me understand the complexity of the plumbing issues. Chris provided my husband and I with different options on how to resolve the complex issue and what the pros and cons were to each in order to make the best decision. Overall, we were very satisfied with the company and would recommend them.

I recently had another excellent experience working with High Speed Plumbing, and once again, Juan Coronado and his team exceeded expectations. I’ve worked with Juan previously on a toilet repair at my home, and after both experiences, it’s easy to see why his company has earned such a strong reputation for professionalism, honesty, and quality workmanship. In fact, after this latest job, I’m already looking forward to working with them again on an upcoming backyard/pool project I have planned. Our home was originally a remodeled flip, and while many cosmetic items were updated, some of the underlying plumbing fixtures—particularly in the master bathroom shower—were clearly overlooked and eventually needed attention. The hot and cold shower stems had snapped due to age and wear, the seat cushions were badly deteriorated, and the finishes/trim pieces were completely worn out and needed replacement. Given the age of the fixtures and the fact that they likely hadn’t been serviced in over 15 years, this could have easily turned into a much larger and more expensive repair. Marco, who served as the lead technician on the job, was outstanding from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and took the time to thoroughly explain the issue and walk us through the repair process. John, who assisted on the job, was equally professional and attentive, and together they worked incredibly efficiently while maintaining a high level of quality and care. What impressed me most was how transparent and customer-focused the entire team was. They didn’t push unnecessary replacements or attempt to upsell work that wasn’t needed. Instead, they focused on providing the right solution while keeping costs fair and reasonable. In today’s market—especially in California—that level of honesty and integrity is hard to find. The job was completed in impressive time, communication throughout the process was timely and professional, and the final result was excellent. The shower now functions like new again, and it’s reassuring knowing the work was done correctly by a team that genuinely takes pride in what they do. Juan has clearly built a company culture centered around trust, responsiveness, and quality service, and it shows in every interaction with his team. Huge thank you again to Juan, Marco, and John for another great experience. I highly recommend High Speed Plumbing to anyone looking for dependable, skilled, and honest plumbing professionals.

We recently had work done by High Speed Plumbing in Pomona and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The technicians arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and completed the repairs quickly and profesionally. They were honest about pricing, respectful of our home, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. It's hard to find a company that combines great customer service and quality workmanship, but they absolutely delivered. I would highly recommend this family owned company to anyone needing reliable plumbing services!
