Not sure what happened here but the company refuses to respond to me via email regarding my tax filing. Whenever I call the office, they tell me that they're on it and it's getting done, even though it's been several months now and tax season has come and gone. Keep in mind they don't know my number when I call them so they have no choice but to answer the phone. The first employee I spoke to here several months ago in April had me file an extension, thankfully. However, when I followed up with them in May I was told that he had been fired and had not transferred over his clients back to them. That was reason for the delay at the time. It is now end of July and they still have not finished any of the paperwork. If you look on their Yelp, you will see tons of unhappy customers who have been threatened with legal issues by the owner for leaving negative reviews. In all honesty, the employees here seem nice and very helpful over the phone. However, maybe the owner here doesn't realize freedom of speech in this country includes leaving truthful reviews about terrible business and personal experiences. The only reason they don't get a one star from me is because the employees honestly seem nice. Will follow up with another review if I need to update this one, good or bad. I have already found another tax accountant that started the process literally the exact same day I called...

Syriac did all our personal and firm's accounting services and tax preparations and e-filings and amendments for last three years. The staff is very co-operative and very helpful and accommodated us every time. And the accountants are very knowledgable too. It was a very pleasant experience.
