We couldn’t be happier with our experience having Genlui Heating and Air Conditioning install our new HVAC system. From the initial consultation all the way through completion, Juan and his team provided exceptional service, professionalism, and quality workmanship. Juan was fantastic to work with. He was always responsive, communicated clearly throughout the entire process, and took the time to answer all of our questions. What impressed us the most was his honesty, transparency, and genuine commitment to making sure the job was done correctly. It’s rare to find a contractor who truly cares about their customers and stands behind their work. The installation crew was also outstanding. They were respectful of our home, careful with our property, and kept the work area clean throughout the project. Their attention to detail and professionalism showed in the quality of the finished installation. We are extremely pleased with our new HVAC system and the entire experience with Genlui. Juan and his team went above and beyond, and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and reliable HVAC contractor. Thank you, Genlui Heating and Air Conditioning, for a job well done!

I had a great experience Genlui Heating and Air conditioning. Juan from start to finish, was prompt, professional, and very courteous. He showed up on time, communicated clearly throughout the process. It’s not always easy to find someone reliable, but this was definitely one of those rare experiences where everything went smoothly. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and excellent customer service.

Juan put new air conditioner. His price was very reasonable. Juan and workers were very polite and did excellent job. I would highly recommend Genlui Heating and air condition. Juan even called to see if air was working good for us. Not to many people call to follow up. 👍

Juan was amazing, came over on extremely short notice to our new home after we had barely moved in. Temperature was scorching inside the house and within 10 minutes of him being here central air was working perfectly with a new thermostat installed. Would definitely recommend to anybody out there needing any AC work done to their house.

Juan is so professional and did the work efficiently and did a good job at it. I will recommend him to anybody that is having airconditioning problem in their house.
