I’ve had my service wire got disconnected June 25th and requested my appointment June 27th just for it to get shrugged off until July 5th for it to be installed. And still no internet being connected. They constantly tell you they’re looking for a technician and they follow up by scheduling an appointment and STILL not show up nor do they call and say they will not show up.
The worst internet ever. Nearly 2 weeks and counting even though I paid for 30days of service

Once you become a customer, it is such a hassle and time wasting to cancel the service. At 7:30am PST, customer service phone service is not open for service. Only chat is available. Waiting for 1 hour then the session got disconnected. So horrible service.
