Luigi was the plumber sent to fix our issue with our Navien Tankless Hot water Heater. He turned out to be a great representative for this company. He was courteous, patient, professional and very knowledgeable about our particular model and quickly figured out why our unit stopped heating the water. Luigi had our unit up and running by the next morning with the appropriate part and taught me how to clean the air filter on the unit to help prevent the problem that occurred with our heater. I highly recommend Nolasco in general and Luigi in particular for their service.

**5 Stars — Highly Recommend Nolasco Plumbing!** What a great experience with Nolasco Plumbing. From the very beginning, they took the time to listen to all of the plumbing issues I was having and really understood what needed to be done. They initially gave me a price based on what they thought might need to be replaced, and I agreed to it. But once they opened everything up and took a closer look, they realized they could actually clean and reuse the existing part instead of replacing the whole thing. That ended up saving me quite a bit of money. I really appreciated that honesty. They easily could have charged me the original amount, but instead they did what was best for me. They also pointed out a few problems with my current plumbing system, explained what they recommended doing to correct them, and took care of everything. The work was professional, clean, and thorough. They even wore booties inside the house, which I really appreciated. If you’re looking for an **honest, reliable plumber who does quality work and isn’t trying to gouge you or sell you things you don’t need, I highly recommend Nolasco Plumbing.** It’s hard to find people you can truly trust when it comes to home repairs, and I feel like I found that with them. I will definitely be using Nolasco Plumbing from now on anytime I have a plumbing issue. **Thank you for the great work and for being so honest!**
