This is my 3rd time using Royal Roofing to service/repair my Spanish style home with flat roof. Owner Steve Pinkus knows the business. Rudy and Juan, crew foremen, were great. Prepping and repairing roof was done quickly and crew cleaned up after themselves.

We bought an older home last year and knew the roof was on its last legs. Steve came out for the consultation and walked us through everything we needed, explaining each step and the materials they would use. The crew showed up on time every single day, worked efficiently, and cleaned up completely before leaving each evening. They were respectful of our property and incredibly thorough. The new roof looks fantastic and we already passed our insurance inspection. I really appreciated how professional everyone was from start to finish.

Royal Roofing provided Quality and Service. I own a small 5 unit apartment building in down town Glendale,CA. The roof was over 35 years old, put it on when I bought the property. I never had any complaints of leaks so I forgot all about it. However when I was shopping for a new less expensive insurance company, the first question I was asked was “ how old is the roof”. I gave up and it wasn’t until the last set of storms in 2026 that I had a problem. The roof didn’t leak but all the sand from the shingles washed off the roof and plugged my storm drains. The property almost flooded. It was there and the when I decided to replace my roof and had the fortune of working with Royal Roofing. I looked for two companies to big. However, from the moment that I spoke with the owner, Steve, I knew that Royal Roofing would get my business. I’m so happy with my decision and appreciate very much their entire crew. The not only did an excellent job but they helped me select the materials and kept me updated with photos and progress report. I’m an out of state landlord who lives in hawaii. I had to find a company I could trust and good commutation was crucial. I should also say that they were very competitive on the price and the budget was within my expectations. In addition to the roof installation, Royal Roofing is scheduled to inspect my roof periodically to assure that it last a long time. This new roof will certainly outlive me LOL but the value of me getting a new roof was the peace of mind in particular with the forecasted super El Niño and how beautiful my property now looks. Best roofing company I've ever used. Large company that has been in business for many many years. Has their own employees who take the time necessary to do the job correctly the first time. Great communication before and during the project. Created some custom platforms for our HVAC system and work extremely well with our HVAC service rep. Have heard so many horror stories of subcontractors or rush jobs from other landlords, so did my research and found Royal Roofing. This is the second time using them and delighted with the outcome.
