This company is fantastic. We needed to put a system into our Spanish bungalow in Hollywood after putting it off for 45 years. Service All-Stars stayed with us through the long decision making process, checking in over a period of months until they finally gave us a fair bid. It’s here that I need to give SAS their flowers because through a mixup that was my fault, we ended up promising the job to the first company who came to see us. Problem was, I had mixed up phone numbers and agreed to do the job with the first company and also (mixing phone numbers) had agreed to do the job with Service All Stars. Both were excellent but I had to hold to the promise to the first company. I was embarrassed and fully responsible for the screw up but SAS still stayed with me through the mixup and exhibited a level of good business practice that I(at age 79) have rarely seen. We worked it out in the end, everyone fine, no feathers ruffled, mostly because of Mario and his manager at SAS were kind and indeed practiced all star service. If there were more than 5 stars to give, I’d give em to Service All-Stars.

Discovered a leak in our ceiling, turned out to be our AC unit. Evan showed up on Tuesday, assessed the system and gave his recommendations. All very friendly efficient and professional.. At the end of the visit we scheduled the repair for today which was less than 24 hours! Brandon showed up and got to work right away. Took him about 4 hours and he was done. He showed me pictures of all the issues that were fixed including a new valve (which was leaking) at the compressor. The system is working perfectly again and I am so impressed at how friendly, professional and efficient Brandon and Evan handled this issue. Would highly recommend Service All Stars for all your AC/Heating needs and would also recommend regular maintenance to prevent issues like this. A+ job thank you so much. Would also like to mention great support from Alma the office assistant, who took all my calls graciously and got the crew out in a timely fashion

I was visiting my son while Daniel from Service All Stars was installing his new HVAC system, and I was very impressed. Daniel was professional, knowledgeable, and took pride in his work. He took the time to explain the process, kept everything clean, and made sure the installation was done properly. What stood out most was his honesty and friendly attitude. It’s not often you find someone who combines great workmanship with excellent customer service. My son got a fair price and a quality installation, and I would not hesitate to recommend Daniel and Service All Stars to friends and family.

Omar and Brandon did a great job! I am so satisfied with the work they did it’s incredible. Everything from the beginning to end was five stars. They explained how to use the thermostat when it was all done and left my place spotless. My maintenance visits are pre-scheduled for my new system and I’m glad I got this done before the heat wave hits!
