I ordered an open box microwave which was supposed to be checked by staff and in EXCELLENT condition and was supposed to have all manuals and parts (this was per your website). I drove out of my way because it was a great deal and was surprised when they rolled out the unit with no box, no manual, no mounting bracket and there appeared to be a large scratch on the front of the unit. You cannot mount a range microwave without a bracket and drilling the holes to match the screw holes in the top of the unit has to be precise and you need a template. The employees there were very nice and canceled the order for me, but I will never buy another open box appliance from Best Buy without expecting it to be just the appliance and in poor condition.

They do not test these products. Waste of time. Staff could care less. Drove almost an hour to purchase a 65inch Samsung TV . Sticker on the box said excellent condition. I asked the sales associate to open the box so I can confirm and turn it on. He seemed reluctant. He tells me it says excellent condition so it will have all the items inside and no need to plug it in. Guess what the remote and manual werr missing. Its fine, I understand its open box but other items in the store indicated what was missing, this one did not. He finds me another remote from another TV , I decided to trust him on it working as it looked physically well. I drive another hour back home. Kids and family patiently waiting. I carefully remove the tv from the box, attach the wall mount and use the remote to turn it on and guess what, I can hear sound but no picture. TV turns off and on and is pixelated across the screen with the majority of it black. Waste of time. Now I have to go back and exchange. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND TESTING BEFORE LEAVING THE STORE!!!

Gigi, The employee at the front desk, was beyond rude to me, I bought an open box tv went home and plugged it in and It was completely broken called and they said they would refund or exchange and I’m not too mad about that because mistakes happen but when I went back to make the return Gigi talk to me in the most demeaning, rudest, most insulting manner, when I was nothing but polite. All the other employees were nice and helpful but she needs to be fired man , ruined the whole experience for me and will not be returning.

4 stars since there's an occasional dud mixed in, but an additional star for solid employee customer service. Great deals for the discerning consumer- some appliances are mint equipment and discounted simply due to being open box or floor model and others may be returns that are supposed to be in great working condition. I have bought 4 appliances here in the past few years, 3 of which worked perfectly. I rolled the dice on a deeply marked down Bosch dishwasher that had been used and it was a dud. However, Best Buy should know they've got an excellent customer service rep in Justin (I might be getting his name wrong- he had longer braided black hair). Anyway super helpful guy, great attitude and handled my return in minutes and helped me get a similar replacement that works great. He was also diligently training a new employee with care and respect. This guy is a huge asset to Best Buy as are all the other helpful staff who have checked me out and helped load my appliances over multiple visits. Thank you Justin and Best Buy!

The store has a large inventory of items, purchasing the items online was easy, checkout and pick was also easy thanks to the very polite and attentive staff there. They even helped in getting the item that I purchased into my vehicle. So far my purchase has worked without any issues and I will definitely be back for other items.
