Last walkthroughs aren't always fun, but this one was easy because there weren't many problems to fix. Before we even saw them, internal quality control had already found and fixed every little paint drip or loose screw. Only "completely satisfied" can describe our time with this team.

We had the opportunity to work with California Pro Builders on a full ground up construction of our approximately 4,000 sq ft custom home in Sherman Oaks, including a complete backyard buildout with a custom pool and hardscape and I can confidently say the experience exceeded all expectations. From the very beginning, their team demonstrated a high level of professionalism, organization, and attention to detail. The project started with planning, architectural coordination, and permitting, all handled smoothly and efficiently. They were extremely knowledgeable about Los Angeles building requirements and guided us through every step of the process with clarity and transparency. Throughout construction, the quality of workmanship was outstanding. From the foundation, framing, and structural work to the finishes, every phase was executed with precision. The crews were reliable, clean, and respectful of the job site all times. Their project management was excellent communication was consistent, timelines were well managed, and any challenges were addressed quickly and professionally. One of the most impressive aspects was their ability to handle both the home construction and the outdoor space seamlessly. The pool, decking, and landscaping integration were done beautifully and truly elevated the entire property. The attention to detail in both interior and exterior finishes reflects their commitment to high-end craftsmanship. What sets California Pro Builders apart is their dedication to customer satisfaction. They were always available, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure the final result matched our vision. There were no surprises everything was handled with integrity and transparency. If you are looking for a contractor for a new construction project, custom home, or large-scale remodel, I highly recommend California Pro Builders. Within a week of starting the demolition our new kitchen layout was already starting to take shape. The crew worked with incredible speed and coordination to keep the project moving forward. It was amazing to see how much they could accomplish in such a short time.

It was a good idea to hire a crew to put up our new fiber cement siding because they knew a lot about it. To cut down on dust, they used the right tools and made sure that every board was driven into the walls for maximum power. The house looks like it was just built and is very safe.

I recently had my hardwood floors installed by California Pro Builders, and I couldn’t be happier. Their team was professional, timely, and the craftsmanship is excellent. They worked with great attention to detail, kept everything clean, and delivered a stunning floor. I highly recommend them if you want top-notch quality and service.
