We used Unlimited Construction & Remodeling for a large home renovation: kitchen remodel, new windows, paint, HVAC install, rewire, repipe, new patio cover and gate.It took a bit longer than expected and there were some hiccups along the way but Rafi was always quick to answer our questions and address any concerns. We would use Rafi and Unlimited Construction & Remodeling again.

Built a JADU in 2025. They did a great job; quality work. Some of subcontractors left a lot to be desired but the general contractor was great! I appreciated being able to contact him directly with questions and concerns. All in all, very happy with the finished product.

We highly recommend Unlimited Construction & Remodeling. From the very beginning, Rafi and Shamy listened to our ideas and developed a plan to remodel specific areas of our 1950s home, including adding an ADU in the detached garage space. Throughout the whole project we were apprised of progress and given the opportunity to revise and adjust along the way to help us stay within our budget while getting the results we wanted. We are thrilled with the results! The garage started as a complete disaster, but thanks to our contractors it is now a gorgeous “granny flat” where we stay when visiting our daughter and family, who live in the main house. The main house went from having only one working bathroom to now having three functional bathrooms, and the two new ones are really beautiful. A new laundry area and additional storage were also added. The ADU and the main house are connected with a lovely covered lanai area. In addition, Rafi and the workers were very respectful and tried hard to minimize the disruption that remodeling can bring to our daughter's family, who were living in the main house during the entire process.

We had the pleasure of working with Rafi and his team to add on a second bathroom this year. From the very start, Rafi made sure he was always available, responded quickly to any questions we had, and made sure to communicate every step of the way. This helped us to understand the timeline and look forward to the work as it progressed. Victor did a great job overseeing the work onsite, and helped us learn about the construction steps as we went along. Now that it’s completed, we have no complaints! The bathroom looks wonderful, was built with great quality, and we’ve enjoyed finally having an on-suite bathroom. We’d gladly do another project with Unlimited Construction and Remodeling in the future!
