The title company issued a permit we dated in 2009, but the initial permit had never been paid until it was sort out and resolved, and our lender said they would not fund the purchase until it was. They were two code changes the “old-work” electrician needed to make, made both, coordinated with our final inspection with the building department and we closed escrow on our timing on our scheduled date without losing the deal due to the old work.

A double pole 60 amp breaker that was used to feed power to our commercial bakery's deck oven began tripping randomly, sometimes not for an entire bake sequence and sometimes occurring at times when the deck was only about 85% of its demand on the breaker. This inconsistency caused the production schedule to become unfeasible, since we did not know when the next outage would occur. My electrician checked it out with a calibrated meter and as it turns out, a bimetal strip had become tired and caused the breaker to trip at 48 amps versus its restricted ‘rated' breaker service 60 amps, he replaced it with a matching breaker, and for 4 months of continuous commercial operations the oven has never shut down for a needed as per to its formal programmed bakes.

When it began to smoulder in an outlet, I knew right away that it had to be taken care of sooner than the morning. Arrived the electrician much quicker than I could have hoped, and he promptly sorted the issue out before it became any bigger! Quick turnaround service, and professionalism, made the stressful situation much easier to deal with.

We wanted reliable smoke detectors, so we chose First Alert and had them installed by this company. The installation was smooth, and the team ensured everything met safety standards. Highly recommend for peace of mind!

This electrical company sent me an excellent electrician for my first alert smoke detector installation. He was very professional, explained the process, and completed the job in just a couple of hours. I wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again!
