Knowledgeable & thorough...took time to explain every step, also showing all aspects of work done & set me up on a great maintenance plan. Overall, very happy with my service call for the day!

Our tech Rizen was Very knowledgeable and friendly. Explained stuff to use and let us know what needed to be replaced and why. Would like him to come back and service our unit when needed.

Victor was very thorough, knowledgeable, and polite. I would recommend using him every time. My complaint is that after Victor completed his inspection, he uncovered some serious issues with my system. Since I have been having my HVAC system serviced routinely by Air Max, the issues that were noted by Victor should have been relayed to me during previous inspections because the type of damage that is present happens over time and is noticeable. On top of that, I was informed that my HVAC is out of warranty and because of that the expensive repairs will have to be out of pocket. So, I am waiting for the company to get back to me with a proposal to get the repairs taken care of. Stay tuned.

This is the second system installed by Airmax. Abe and his team were great. The install team of Marino and Rigo were very professional and made sure I was satisfied prior to them leaving the job site.

The team was absolutely amazing. They worked well together and were very fast and professional. They laid down mats and covered the house with plastic so nothing was dirty. They did a great job at explaining everything about the system and what to do if something happens. If I could I would have him personally come out every time.
