Pioneer was immediately available on a Sunday to repair my AC during a heat wave. They were responsive and transparent. Tom arrived early, communicated everything clearly, was patient, answered all our questions calmly and kindly. and was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly. I recommend them and will call them for any future issues.

Elad was extremely positive, helpful, and respectful throughout the entire process. He was quick to respond and provided excellent service from start to finish. He took the time to listen to the issue, was patient and professional, and made sure I understood what was happening. When it became clear that an HVAC professional was needed, he was proactive about getting the right help involved rather than leaving the issue unresolved. I really appreciated his willingness to assist, his respectful attitude, and how quickly he worked to find a solution. His professionalism and customer service made the experience much easier and less stressful. I would definitely recommend Elad to anyone looking for someone who is reliable, courteous, and genuinely willing to help.

Motti and the team at Pioneer Heating and Air provided exceptional service. We recently had our entire exterior HVAC ducting replaced due to age and leakage, and the quality of their work was outstanding. They were detail-oriented, punctual, and maintained excellent communication throughout the project. We are extremely happy with the results and highly recommend them.
