I am black middle aged grandmother. I am actively being stalked and harassed my apartment building. I reached out to this company and they won't do anything to resolve the issue. Is several men constantly outside my apartment 24/7 in my windows they won't let me get a moment of peace they won't even let me sleep their goal is to make me move they told me to move they also told me that no one is coming to help me. At this point I'm desperate and I'm using all resources. I believe it if I was any other race woman coming to this company with this type of complaint from their neighbors that they would address the issue because I'm a black woman I think they have no problem when we've been harassed and stalked. 668 South Rampart Blvd Los Angeles California.

Wish I could give these people ZERO stars. They took over managing the apartment building. I reside in. Their business hours are Monday through Friday 9 to 5 and I have called multiple contacts at the company and the office and no answer. I’m calling to complain about the god-awful property manager they sent to handle our complex. They do not care about their tenants, Try to cut costs in every direction, Our elevator is over a year past inspection and runs horribly. I like my complex and my location But I am always running into issues caused by my property manager and met with attitude and Unprofessional demeanor every time I address these issues.

Package theft has been an ongoing problem, and instead of improving security, management’s “solution” was to tell residents to have packages delivered to a different address so they don’t get stolen. The building is also advertised as a no-smoking property, but that has not been enforced. I reported smoking multiple times and even provided documentation when asked, and nothing changed. Most concerning, management has ignored tenant safety. After reporting the smoking issue, I was confronted by a neighbor in the hallway, threatened (“I’ll come back for you”), and physically touched. I reported this to management and received little to no response. What’s especially frustrating is that when residents raise legitimate concerns, the attitude seems to be: if you don’t like how the building is being managed, you can break your lease and move out. That is not an acceptable response when tenants are paying for a safe, professionally managed building. I’m posting this so future renters know what to expect regarding security, enforcement of policies, and basic tenant safety

Have been living with them for 12 months - Mark is probably the most HORRIBLE building manager I’ve ever seen in my life. Concord are horrible. DO NOT MOVE TO ANY OF THEIR BUILDINGS. There was a manager named Mendel and he was better but they fired him. Had bugs living in my fridge and it took 3 weeks of a non working fridge and angry conversations to get them to fix it (they didn’t agree to give me a new fridge! They wanted to just clean it when the bugs are living inside the fridge!) 3 weeks of ordering food which I didn’t get reimbursed on, they brought pest control and I got food poisoning on the day after, not even an apology from them. Charged me 120$ for a plumbing issue without telling me, never answering the phone and when Mark is answering he’s extremely rude and hanging up on me. No heat in the winter and they won’t fix it. There’s a homeless who has been living in the laundry room because they won’t fix the door lock. No AC in the summer, had problems of cold water in the winter for shower, they’re absolutely horrible and I would never ever recommend on moving to any of their buildings.
