Let me add a new review! I dislike writing bad reviews unless necessary. Called this company to schedule a tour for a property in Otay Ranch, Chula Vista area. Maggie answers the phone, she starts asking me about our move in date which is a few months down the road. She then mentions are you sure you want to pay your current rent and this rent? What?! Why is that any of their concern if we make WAY OVER THE QUALIFYING AMOUNT! She then said well you need to submit an application before you can view the property to see if you qualify because the credit score criteria is 700 and up. I then asked “so we need to apply before even knowing if we like the property and do a credit check”? She said no we are not doing a credit check… Hmmm well how will you get my credit score (hard check or a soft check still requires a SSN). Looks like this property has been sitting on Zillow for over 188 days and it will continue to sit there until your employees learn what customer service means. Their lost not ours. I will never do business with companies who are judgmental over the phone, racist or incompetent. Apologies for the negative review but the truth is the truth. That’s like going to an apartment complex and them saying “ohh before we show you the property we need you to apply first”. Ridiculous. Well off to do business with a respectable company. ♥️ Wait one last thing, update the photos for the listing because they look old and outdated - especially for the price of the property - 1st impressions are key. Toodles😘

I’m a current tenant of 15 years under Yavorsky Properties and I’d like to Thank Suzanne and her company for all they do and have done to make our relationship for the last 15 years pleasant and with a caring attitude toward our time as a tenant. I have been using the property management services of Suzanne Yavorsky for a couple of years now, and have been very happy with their customer service and personal care. This month, we had water damage in the apartment, coming from the unit above. Lilly, Maggie and the rest of the team have been outstanding, taking care of everything, from getting the plumber, contacting the HOA, locating the owner of the unit above, dealing with the owner, and even getting the other owner to pay for everything. All of this while coordinating with the tenant's schedule, and keeping him involved in the process and happy with our response during this stressful situation. I can't thank them enough for all they have done. If you have rental property, and don't want to have all the responsibility dealing with it, I highly recommend contacting Suzanne Yavorsky and her team.

I paid 6 months advanced rent because of my credit. Property manager drove by to spy not only on me, but to several others she rented. Would leave 3 day notice to move if 1day late, charged me for things I didn’t break. I went without a heat for 3 yrs because the owner of the house didn’t want to pay for additional work that needed to be done, until SDGE was notified. I felt like a total prisoner in the home I rented. I kept hearing popping coming from electrical panel, the owner hired a non licensed electrician and the panel burnt out twice and they didn’t believe until, home owners insurance company came out and said I could of burnt down. Worst experience.ever

If I could give this property management zero stars, I would. Please believe the negative but truthful reviews. Most importantly, please beware of Shady Suzzane. She is disrespectful, rude, and highly unprofessional towards tenants. They will swear they’ve hired cleaners prior to your arrival, yet you’ll find a home that is damaged and dirty upon moving in. There has been roaches since day 1. When we confronted her about it, she was extremely condescending. She insinuated WE were the dirty ones. She refused to hire an exterminator. We were threatened with legal action multiple times and forced to live in a property that was uninhabitable. She also began to spy on us, and let herself in to the home unannounced. It’s been a very uncomfortable and scary experience. Do not use your hard earned money to rent from or invest in Suzanne Yavorsky’s management company if you value yourself, your peace & your privacy.
