Richard has great customer service, kept me updated with text regarding when he would be at the house and did great work. Definitely call him back for any other type of electrical work. Assisted me in 3 projects for a great price.

It was the day after Christmas (Friday) just before the weekend and I found myself without power to half my home. Called Richard from OZ Electric and he called me back and told me he was on a job in Eastlake but would like to come by later to see what can be done. I was very glad to get someone especially after a Holiday & before the weekend. Richard is very Professional and checked all my outlets and found the problems with 2 fuses in the electrical panel. I also needed a GFI outlet in the bathroom that was tripping the outlets to the patio & back bedroom. He got it all done & I was up and running with power for a little over his Standard Charge (GFI Outlet). He does have his standard fee but many others charge overtime (OR MORE) especially after 5 PM on a Friday. I am very pleased & impressed with his service & quick response. I will be using OZ Electric for my electrical needs in the future.

We have been using Oz Electric for many years now. Richard and Patty are the best. They have done a complete rewire of our back house, installed a larger capacity breaker box on our house, and many other smaller projects. Richard always gives you a straight answer, arrives on time, and gets the job done as he says he will. I highly recommend them.

Very professional electrician. Project was quoted and delivered on budget. Couldn’t be happier with the end result. Every day that they were on the job the work area was tidied up better than they found it. Solid value!!!
