Their truck blocked me in where I couldn’t back out. My tires were against the curb so I couldn’t move forward. I called to ask them to move so I could get out. The owner was so unprofessional. He told me too bad that the workers were on lunch so I was out of luck. I asked him to call them to come move it he said I would have to wait till their lunch was over. I told him I would call a tow company if he refused to have them come move it. He said go ahead, then hung up on me and blocked my number when I tried to send him pictures of proof. I did have to call the parking company and they dispatched the tow. They were completly unprofessional and rude! This is not how anyone should run a company!

I contacted Hec's Construction because I had a problem with a showers' water pressure. Hector attended to the problem and claimed the issue stemmed from a faulty water pressure reducing valve. My wife, having no knowledge of plumbing and a believer in honest intentions, agreed with his assessment and with the fraudulent $510.00 fee. The water pressure reducing valve cost less than $50 dollars at my local hardware store and Hector installed it in just a few minutes. Adding more insult to injury Hector failed to fix the problem at hand. I called Hector to give him a second chance on fixing the shower barring any additional charges to which he aggressively responded by saying "It is not my problem and I do not need your business" and hung up the phone. I had to contact Bill Howe Plumbing, which promptly fixed my shower by changing a cartridge, and told me the problem was unrelated to the water pressure valve. Please do not do any business with Hector or Hecs Plumbing they are dishonest and incompetent plumbers. Especially any Coronado resident reading this please steer clear. In these adverse economic times honesty is more important than ever. Stay safe.

Hector came over he did the job and we watched a bit of the chivas game. Go Chivas. I wanted him to stay and hang out and drink a brewski with me and the boys but point is he’s very profesional. He’s on time and he won’t stiff you on prices he’s a great guy and sometimes I wonder if I went too far when I told him how Real Madrid isn’t as great as they say and maybe that’s why he won’t reply but he’s a great plumber. 10/10 would let my pipes rust and break just to see hector.

Rude! The person who answered kept cutting me off before I can ask the full questions I had. Demanding he see the job instead of letting me explain what I needed. He said he does not quote over the phone repeatedly as the answer to all of my questions.

I have used Hector's services many times. He never disappointed me. I have referred Hector to family and friends and all I hear back from them is how good he provides his services. Once, I called him to ask him to go and take care of a plumbing emergency at my parents house, within an hour he was there and took care of the problem so quick that when I arrived he was already gone. Now my dad refers him to neighbors and friends too. You cannot go wrong calling him.
