Very informative. Explained to me the difference between 5lbs fire extinguisher with a black handle vs. silver/gray commercial grade. Specialists were available answering questions. Front office staff was kind and informative.

Nice people， Qucik and professional. Say thanks to Francisco and Pablo for me.

I had the pleasure of having Blackbird fire service at my home to do a fire & sprinkler health test. Ernesto was wonderful, thorough, & explain everything. It was wonderful having this company at my home.

We love working with Black Bird Fire Protection! Their entire team is friendly, professional, and highly responsive. They have completed multiple projects for us, and every experience has been smooth from start to finish. Communication is always excellent, and their service is consistently reliable. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable fire protection company.

I had lived in my house for 30 years. The house was built with interior sprinklers, but I had no idea of how to ensure they were working properly. I knew commercial buildings had requirements for maintaining their Sprinkler systems, but it was not the case with residential. However, I had no referrals to go by. I called Black Bird Fire Protection and talked with them about the possibility of their inspecting my home. They arranged an inspection within days and I had the information I needed. The team that came out was professional, efficient, and thorough. With a 30-year-old system of course things have changed. They were able to replace parts that were no longer available within my system. And bring my system up to not only working order but to pass inspection. This has helped with my Homeowner’s Ins. and my peace of mind as well. I’m thankful for Black Bird Fire Protection and would recommend them to anyone.
