Justin Everhart is professional, thorough, courteous and took time to make sure everything I said was covered and taken care of properly. Keep up the great service Justin. Thank you very much.

Just had Justin from Pest Protection Services spray my home (outside) for ants. Justin was great - courteous, thorough and explained an extra step he took to eradicate a trail. Good work, Justin!

I can’t speak to the quality of their pest control service because they never made it to our appointment. Our appointment was scheduled for 3:00 p.m., and we were told we would need to leave the house for about an hour during the treatment. We planned our afternoon around that. By 3:25 p.m. no one had arrived, and we hadn’t received any communication. My husband called to ask for an ETA and was told it would be another 1.5 hours. Unfortunately, that no longer worked with our schedule, so we canceled. I understand that delays happen, but I expected a phone call or text letting us know the technician was running significantly behind. Better communication would have made a big difference.

Justin was awesome! He explained exactly what needed to be done and even removed his shoes for inside the house. Overall, this company is great. Daniel responds very quickly and was super helpful. Thank you!

Started using Pest Protection Services 3 years ago when we had a major ant problem in our home. Daniel was able to get someone out to our house promptly, and we’ve been using them for our bi-monthly maintenance ever since. Very reliable and affordable services. Definitely recommend!
