We use Rapid EZ for our office space, and I couldn't be more impressed with their service. From the initial contact to the completion of the job, everything was handled with professionalism and efficiency. Firstly, communication with their team was seamless. They were prompt in responding to my inquiries and were able to schedule a cleaning session at a time convenient for us. Not only was the visible cleanliness impressive, but the entire office also smelled fresh and sanitized. It's evident that they use high-quality cleaning products and techniques. They were careful around our equipment and furniture, which is something I truly appreciate. Overall, I highly recommend Rapid EZ Cleaning to any business in need of professional cleaning services. We've been using Rapid EZ Cleaning for 6 months now for our office cleaning and we couldn't be happier with the service. Nancy is at our company location 2x a week and takes care of our entire facility. She is efficient and professional and always friendly to everyone she runs into. She checks in to see if there is anything else we need or would like done differently and is one of if not the best office cleaner we have ever had. Marvon, the account manager, is just as kind and professional. He answers every question and request timely and always with a friendly demeanor. I would recommend Rapid EZ Cleaning to anyone and everyone for their janitorial needs.

We have had nothing but a positive experience with Rapid EZ Cleaning! Marvon (Management), is always on top of it, ensuring that our needs are met and we are 100% satisfied. Our 20,000 square foot warehouse in Santa Fe Springs requires office cleaning, window washing and warehouse floor cleaning with a heavy duty floor scrubber. Our staff could no longer handle the cleaning as we are a fast paced fulfillment center. We contacted Rapid EZ Cleaning and they have been servicing our warehouse and office five times a week for the past year.
