Brian the technician is great…can’t complain. He’s thorough and very professional. As for Michael in customer service. He comes off socially awkward over the phone. Overall decent company to use.

I have been with PacWest for 20 consecutive years. Extremely professional, reliable, trustworthy, friendly and very efficient. They have made a world of difference In our home environment. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I am extremely happy with my extermination services. I have been using their services for years. I recommend them highly.

5 Stars!! They have an awesome employee, Michael Tovar, that was able to take my initial phone call, provide an assessment, walk me through their process, give me a quote for their services, and took payment — all in my initial phone call without someone having to come out first to do an assessment. Then they came and performed their services and I received communication throughout the process from their field worker, with a final follow-up from their administrative team with the report we needed! Awesome systems internally!! 5 Stars all around for Micheal’s professionalism and the rest of this company’s elite operations

We have been using PacWest Exterminators for over 10 years now across two properties in Long Beach, and I can’t recommend them enough! They are incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and consistently reliable. Thanks to their thorough preventative maintenance, we’ve never had any issues with ants or other pests. Their service gives us total peace of mind! Highly recommend!
