just ok i guess but not really. i was expecting a nice place to lounge around but the grass was kinda patchy and there was trash in a few spots which not great. people were being loud on a bench near me and nobody did anything about it not like i blame the park staff but still kinda ruins the vibe. the paths are fine for walking but the bathrooms were locked which is dumb becuase what are you supposed to do if you need to go. honestly i wouldnt come back unless theres a event or something its just not that relaxing here.

The Farmers Market in the ex-Sears parking lot on Saturday is awesome. Fresh fruits of all kinds, plants, crafts, and food! Fun place to kill an hour. Fruits are very sweet!

Very nice place to have a kids party. The food was surprisingly good. Large variety of dishes as well deserts. Prices were reasonable at $18 for adults and $13 for kids 13 and under. Parking is very hard to fine because of its location in a mall.

Busy but sad with a lot of shops closed and the mall stunk. Bathrooms gross. We went for the new Lightspeed Saber Academy which was new and my older kids had a blast.

This was Circus Vargas by old sears parking lot. Buena park CA 05/17/2025 Great performance and wonderful people they are. Recommended.
