I had a free consultation call with Rose Ismero, as this was going to be the first time I filed my personal taxes. She was extremely kind, patient, and knowledgeable; she took the time to thoroughly research the options she presented to me and explained them all with complete clarity and patience. Excellent service! I highly recommend them.

Taking a business preparation tax course at Istaxpro with John and Rose this morning! John is so informative and kind. I highly recommend.

John and his team have been so easy to work with. They take the stress out of tax preparation. ISTAX offer professional services through their team of experts making appointments available either in person or via zoom. They have an app available to upload all of your documents making the process seamless. Thank you ISTAX for another year of tax prep!

I came in today to do my taxes for the first time and I was incredibly nervous. John and his team were absolute lifesavers! They were so patient, answered every single one of my 'newbie' questions, and took the time to explain the process in detail. I walked out feeling so much better knowing everything was handled correctly. If you're stressed about taxes, come here!

Did a free consultation call. Very nice call, but then they start sending bills for something I never agreed to or signed up for. They said they took care of this and that is was only an estimate but that was not immediately clear and I never started agreed to a service. Not a good look. Poor user experience. Good learning opportunity for you.
