MNZ is an outstanding and reliable service organization. We have used their services for years and their commitment to our property is authentic. Good job MNZ. SM for Com LLC

As a National facilities maintenance company we get jobs all over the country for our vendors, but I have this one store that needed a little landscaping and lot of exterior litter clean-up. MNZ to the rescue! Although they don't do a lot of landscaping they came ready to pull weeds, spray weed-killer, and dispose of wind blown litter. The client's been super pleased with the service George and Glen have provided.

We've been using MNZ Commercial Janitorial Services for several years now, and the results have been great for our warehouse and office cleaning. Their team is punctual, professional, and care about their work. From twice a week office cleanings to deep sanitization and floor care, they follow a routine well to keep our facility clean and sanitary. Communication has been good since we focused on one rep Soloman — they’re always responsive to special requests or scheduling changes, issues with staff and they follow up to ensure everything meets our expectations. I would highly recommend MNZ Commercial Janitorial Services to any business looking for reliable, top-quality cleaning solutions. They've made a noticeable difference in the appearance and comfort of our workspace.

We couldn’t be happier with the exceptional service provided by MNZ! Our business offices have never looked better. Their staff is thorough, professional, and always pays attention to the smallest details. They’re reliable and consistently go above and beyond to ensure our workspace is spotless and inviting for both employees and our students. From carpets to desks and even hard-to-reach corners, in our Finance Park, everything is left sparkling clean every time. They've always been friendly, respectful, and trustworthy, which gives us peace of mind. If you're looking for a top-notch cleaning service, we highly recommend MNZ! They truly set the standard for excellence!

I just opened a newly built 4,00 sq ft laundromat in Los Angeles, and needed a top quality janitorial service to keep my massive store in tip top shape. I spoke to and interviewed at least 7 outfits, with all different results (speed of reply, size of company, availability of crew, time to clean my store and of course price). MNZ with Gloria, Eric and Gene came out on top! That group of folks were super communicative, willing to handle any request that suited my business (some folks can be a bit messy in a laundromat, [if you know what I mean]) and my time schedule. Their foreman came to my store to walk the site, hear what I needed as he reviewed the scope of work we agreed on, and took the keys. The very first night they went to work. I came in the next morning and my store was spotless! My customers are loving it and it took a big burden of my already busy plate. If you want a spotless business, reach out to these fine folks and tell them Tim sent you!
