Absolutely horrible!! The work done at 33rd place condos is shoddy. The under the sink work and cabinets looks like a 3 yr old did it. This is a butchered job. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!! Also, they will not honor their work!! AVOID AT ALL COST!!

Very helpful team, accountable and easy to work with. Repainted my studio and patched some of the walls here. Looks great and would definitely use again. 5/5 stars.

I’ve contracted with Maintco for the last 10 years. They are an amazing family run contractor that really values customer service and takes pride in their ability to handle complex projects. They have a talented roster of techs with training in a variety of trades including food service, preventative maintenance, drywall, remodels, plumbing and electrical. They also have a wide network of vetted subs, many of whom I’ve gotten to know and trust. It’s hard to find a trustworthy contractor that values their customers, which is why I continue to give my business to Maintco. BEST GC IN LA!

I have never been taken care of by a better company. Whenever, wherever, however you need them, they are there to take care of you and your construction needs!

As a vendor (photographer, videographer) who was hired by Maintco to document their work, let me say that this is one of the most professional companies I've had the pleasure to work with. Not only are they honest and excellent in everything that they do, but they treated me with the highest professionalism you could ask for. As someone who has documented other company's work, I can honestly say that I've never seen such a level of craftsmanship and pride as I did from Maintco.
