My wife and I are both musicians and are in the process of building a home studio. Romney has been so helpful in listening to my build ideas, letting me know what could work or not, and suggesting better strategies that I hadn’t even thought of. Thank you to Romney and team, and we look forward to continuing to work with you in the future!

I had a great experience with Romney. Years ago, when my family was considering buying a property, he took the time to talk through the pros/cons with us, went out to the location, and gave us realistic renovation estimates so we could understand what it would take to fix it up and re-rent it. His advice was honest, practical, and incredibly helpful — and he did all of this without charging us. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people make smart decisions, not just selling a job. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy general contractor.

I recently spoke with Romney and am beyond grateful for his kindness, knowledge and experience. I reached out as a homeowner seeking a sounding board and an independent GC’s perspective on my renovation project. Although he has no involvement in our project, he took my call and listened to my concerns, and offered thoughtful insights from a builder’s point of view in a clear and easy to understand manner. It was evident that he holds his workmanship to strong standards and believes in doing things the right way. I sincerely appreciate the time he took to help guide me and would reach out to for future projects. Thank you!

Romney and his team do high quality, professional work. Most importantly he's incredibly communicative. He went above and beyond to make sure we were aware and approved of everything they were doing before they did it. I cannot recommend RWT highly enough.

I am on the Board of my HOA. We were referred to Romney and RWT by a very trusted structural engineering firm that our HOA has used for multiple projects. Our building is multi-unit and an older design (1980s), so we have slowly been doing modernization projects. I worked with RWT on an extensive plan for re-design of our building's balconies, including having new as-built plans made to replace our missing original blueprints. Romney was incredibly gracious with his time, including multiple emails and phone calls to equip me with the necessary info and paperwork to best describe our options to the HOA. Although the HOA did not continue with RWT for our project, Romney was directly responsible for helping explain both the challenges and best practices to set us up for success with our project. He was great at explaining things thoroughly and was transparent with his quotes and suggested plan of action. Would recommend and come back to RWT in the future, if I/we have another build/design project.
