Our AC stopped blowing cold air last night. We scheduled service and a technician (Frank Ramirez) was here the next day. Frank was: * on time * professional * explained what failed, what options we had, what he recommended * provided pictures of areas we couldn't see ourselves * had the parts and time to do the repair on the spot * kept everything clean * most importantly he cares about us resolving our problem and had it fixed in no time We are super pleased with the service American AC & Frank provided

Brent was really transparent and knowledgeable about the HVAC system we have. He was also kind and took time to explain the reasons behind his recommendations and all the options we have. We will be signing up for the monthly program.

We’ve used this company for both our home and businesses for repairs as well as full new AC installations, and they’ve been excellent every time. Reliable, professional, responsive, and always do quality work. It’s hard to find contractors you can consistently trust, and they’ve definitely earned our business long-term. Highly recommend!

Gabriel came out today after one of my mini splits had a leak. He came and fixed it quickly and helped me know what to do to prevent further issues! He was kind, professional and super knowledgeable! 10/10

Outstanding experience from start to finish. They were quick to respond, showed up on time, and handled everything with true professionalism. The work was done perfectly, and my system is running better than ever. Highly recommend — easily a 5-star service!
