0 Stars – Terrible Experience If I could give Cascade Insurance Services 0 stars, I would. This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with an insurance company. Ever since I became a customer, it’s been nothing but stress and headaches. They withdrew money from my bank account, yet my insurance policy was still canceled. I was left dealing with the consequences despite making payments. My experience with my service provider, Victoria, was extremely disappointing. I felt that my concerns were not handled properly, and the lack of communication and accountability was frustrating. I expected reliable service and professionalism, but instead I experienced confusion, wasted time, and unnecessary stress. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend Cascade Insurance Services to anyone.
