Extremely disappointed with this insurance company and its handling of claims. One of their insured truck drivers caused damage to my brand new vehicle, and after three weeks, the issue remains unresolved. Despite multiple attempts to follow up via phone and email, I have received no response. This lack of communication and accountability is highly unprofessional. If you are ever involved in an accident with one of their insured drivers, be aware that you may face significant delays and frustration in getting the situation addressed.

I have been approached by many companies trying to get our business over the years, but have politely turned them down. It is hard to change to another company when Jeff Ramirez and the rest of the team take care of you like family. Madero was very knowledgeable in the business, extremely responsive to all my questions and concerns, very patient, thoroughly efficient, professional and trustworthy. I switched from a company that I had been with for over 30 years. I didn't feel pressured or fast-talked by Ms. Madero. She's a breath of fresh air and it was a pleasure doing business with her. When we had issues when communicating with Blue Cross, but Chris was there to help straight out our issues with Blue Cross. UA will be there when you need them. I purchased auto and home insurance through Sofia Madero about two years ago she gave me more coverage and a lower price compared to AAA who I had my insurance with. If you want a knowledgeable Agent I would defiantly recommend Sofia. United Agencies is a great company.
